Stephen is one of the principal architects of DART and has over fifteen years of technical market data industry experience. Formerly in a senior technology role with Reuters, he is an authority on market data permission and usage collection systems. He recently acted as a consultant on the development of the next generation of DACS software, DACS Version 5. Stephen is responsible for the technical architecture of DART Entitlements.
